[Cartoweb-users] Plugin development issue: to which path do thetemplate (*.tpl) file points?

Hi max

when your page is rendered, whats the source code of your page ? is it 
correct ?
i dont see it in your exemple below but I suppose you closed the </form> ?
maybe try with a <input type="button" value="OK" 
onclic="this.form.submit();">
