[Cartoweb-users] install problem

Hi,
I followed these instructions:


               Download the WAMP installer at
http://www.wampserver.com/. Double-click on the executable to launch
it. This will install Apache with PHP5.
               Download the CartoWeb installer at
http://cartoweb.org/downloads.html. Double-click on the executable to
launch it. This will install MapServer and CartoWeb.
Reboot Windows when prompted.
               That's it! Point your browser to
http://localhost/cartoweb3/htdocs/client.php.             I got:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access
/php/php-cgi.exe/cartoweb3/index.html on this server.





any ideas or help would be great
