[Cartoweb-users] Running plugins as time-oriented events

I suppose you can use the php time function, and when the current time = 
some reference time (in your case Sunday, 4 am), the plugin will do 
something, till the end time (or duration, which you will have to provide 
too) , then it will do nothing (unless you want to keep the outline drawing 
till the next time)
