[Cartoweb-users] Running plugins as time-oriented events

Hi, 

Is it possible to run plugins given a certain time and
date?

For example, I wish to run a plugin, say, Outline, 
every Sunday, at 4:00AM . 

Are there any tools, functions, etc?
