[Cartoweb-users] What is smarty doing to my href!!!!

I am entering the following in a tables.tpl

The href gets completely screwed up, everything gets mixed: Firebug 
reports this:

This problem is really messing with my mind, for a complete day already. 
Is there anyone that is able to answer me?
