[Cartoweb-users] What is smarty doing to my href!!!!

I am one step further, it probably has to do with the fact that I use 
ajax and xml, the <> signs in my code are not ajax compatible, so I 
probably should use some sort of function to transfer them to html valid 
characters, is there a function for that?
