[Cartoweb-users] shaped line to fill polygons, and Map editing

Hi ,
I need help in order to create a symbol which can fill a polygon by an
obliquos dashed line.
Is there anyone that use this kind ok symbol.
Due to icreasing number of projects I'd like to use a tool which lets me to
create and manage a set of map file in easly way, can you advice me one?
