if you copied the demo files, you must modify the paramter minScale = 50000 in /yourproject/server_conf/yourproject/location.ini

  I'am using the democw3 to setup my own project. At this point I was able to simply add a raster file into the demo. It will be my final raster background.
  Since the raster has a very little extent (few km), I would like to zoom in very deeply but over a certain  treeshold I cannot zoom in anymore ?
  Any help ?
