hi Kurt

the error you get is because Cartoweb has not been adapted for Mapserver 5.4

but even if you correct that error, you still wont be able to run Cartoweb as it is limited to PHP 5.2

if it's ok for you, you can use an older version of WS4W, otherwise I fear you will have to try another GIS software.

  I'm trying to get Cartoweb 3.5 running on my 64 bit Windows 7 box with MS4W (v 3.0.2).  MS4W runs fine as do the apps I installed with it as localhost.  I installed Cartoweb 3 into C:\MS4W.  The sample Cartoweb apps are not working.  Below is the error.  Has anyone installed Cartoweb with a recent version of MS4W on Windows 7?
