In fact with a lot's of patches cw3.5 is able to run under (Linux 64bits, apache2 2.2.17, php 5.6.3, mapserver 5.6x (mapserver
6x will be soon), postgresql 8.4.7 or 9.0.3 postgis 1.5.2

Most of the patches were send upstream year and month ago.
But Camptocamp didn't integrate them. And mostly no new devs will happen on Cartoweb. C2C flagship now is mapfish
