In both NS7.1 and Moz1.5 I am unable to tab to 'Info' or 'Config' after I have
selected the 'Manage WMS' tab.  I receive the following javascript error in the
console:

Error:  Uncaught exception: Permission denied to set property HTMLDocument.location
