As we all know, there are several problems with the Chameleon 1.1 sample app on
the maptools download page (the incorrect index.phtml causes the infamous
no-zoomin error, plus the sample.html template has incorrect image paths for
every image)...so this morning i repackaged it for another user...so i figured
i'd change the download on the site (it can't be any worse ha).  any objections?
 yes i realize we're close to another release, but i can't wait.
