Undefined variable "sz_layer_title" warning is displayed when saving a map in
Toporama (project: CVS chameleon_ctis).

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load "toporama_chameleon.php".
2.  Click "Print & Save" button.
3.  Click "Save".
4.  Warning appears.
