Undefined variables in "production.phtml" warnings logged when opening "Print &
Save" window..

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load "toporama_chameleon.php" (project:  chameleon_ctis).
2.  Click "Print and Save" button.
3.  Warnings are logged into the php log errors file (logging error set in
"php.ini" file).
