The ms4w package does not contain the basic directories as "apache" and 
"proj".  So I downloaded the latest version of  ms4w which is 
"ms4w_0.6.zip".   But this package is not up to date mainly because it 
does not contain the latest version of mapserver.

Please could you point me out which one to use?
