The latest version of ms4w is 0.8 and can be found at:

http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/ms4w_0.8.zip

There is a mapserver update for ms4w available at:

http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/mapserver_ms4w-4.1-20040303.zip

This update contains newer versions of mapserver as of 20040303.  It 
should be sufficient for the smoke/acceptance tests, but nevertheless, I 
will work on another ms4w mapserver package to update it to the latest 
version sent out by Assefa.
