Adding a layer in the popup "legend" widget generates a JS error.  The template
used is "sample_enhanced.phtml".


Steps to reproduce:
1.  Load the template
2.  Click on "Tools" tab
3.  Click on the "Legend" button
4.  Check the box in front of a non-checked layer name
5.  Click the "Apply" button.
6.  Click the "Ok" button.
7.  JS error comes out.
