Apply a SLD with a user defined expression generates an Apache error.  The path
to the SLD is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Load the "sample_roi.phtml" template
2.  Click the "Build Filter" button
3.  Build the following expression:  "NA3DESC = Africa"
4.  Click the "Apply" button.
5.  Error comes out
