In the context of chameleon it seems inconsistent that a widget that displays
text does not use the Label attribute group.

I realize that we defined this widget as simple a text dump from the
<cham:onlinehelp> tag that the user would define an html template around this
help content.

but I think it is important that the widget utilizes the label attribute group.

Of course Paul has mentioned that he would like to Post 2.0 reorganize the Label
attribute group, but this has not been confirmed.
