Example of this is in the Locate widget:

(f)Watershed(f): (f)Locate Watershed by Code(f)

Julien explained me that to fully translate the application in French we have to
translate all the templates:  Legend, Tools, Nav and ROI and all the DBF files.  

I agree that we should take care of this in a future release.
