The problem was that the widget set the JS API members for the new NavTool
(PanArrow) and kept them even if the Zoom buttons are the true "active" nav
tool. To fix this I reset the CWCJSAPI members to their old values when the
widget is in auto submit mode (submit map as soon as you click on the button).

I modified the NavTool class since most of the NavTools use the functionality
from this class (the parent class). I also modified KeyMap and KeyMapDHTML
because they do not use the NavTool functions.
