PHP 4.4 has some internal structural changes that will likely affect
PHP/MapScript (see http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1387) and
may affect Chameleon.

Need to assess impact of changes once PHP/MapScript works with PHP 4.4.
