So it sounds like it is double urlencoding that is the problem.  I agree with
Daniel, we need to fix it at the source of the problem.  Which also follows on
what I said earlier, the correct place to have the urldecode is where it is now,
in the get method instead of writing a separate function to handle this.

Norm, I haven't touched the MLT stuff in many months, I'll leave it to you and
Bart to sort out. :)
