Yes Bart the fix you provided in bug 1331 will avoid that the count of the array
is zero.  But I'm not sure this is the purpose of the MLT setLanguage() method
to set the MLT $maszLanguage member.   But I think the solution in this bug
comment #6 should be applied as well because we assumed that $aszLang is set
when we create the MLTPHPInclude instance and it is not always the case.  The
MLTPHPInclude() constructor expects a value for the $xLanguage parameter.  If
this parameter is set then the MLT $maszLanguage member will be set.
