Implement a widget parameter for determining how the MapDHTML widget operates,
i.e. whether or not it "streams" the image to the client using drawmap.php, or
if it saves it to the webserver and provides that url to the map image as src.

Please note there are 2 occurences of url + "&UniqId="+unique !

Proposal for optional widget parameter: usedrawmap=true/false, default is true
