[Chameleon] chameleon.php not found

Hi all

I am struggling to get Chameleon 1.1 alpha running.
The current problem I can't solve is the following PHP-message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getchameleonapplication() in
/opt/cwc2/htdocs/TemplateParser.php on line 111

I also found that $GLOBALS['oChameleonApp'] is not defined at the point when
getchameleonapplication is called.
