Hi,

Chameleon is not a Map Server, it is Map client, or to be more precise a
template-based "toolbox" for generating Map clients.

Nothing is ideal for ArcIMS, except ESRI clients :-)

You can perfectly use Chameleon as a Map client for ArcIMS.
