[Chameleon] chameleon cvs

Hi all,
I downloaded the chameleon CVS last night (apr 25th), but I can't seem
to get it working. I also checked out the php_utils and put the /src
directories into /chameleon/htdocs/common as Paul mentioned in an
earlier email.  I am seeing the template as a bunch of red text showing
all the CWC2 tags.   Obviously something is not being processed by
chameleon... pointers anyone?
