[Chameleon] strage flash when moving out of map in IE

Hi list,

I am running the Chameleon 1.99 alpha (from 03-03-2004).

There is a problem when moving your mouse outside of the map widget in IE. 
When you do this the HTML page flashes briefly which is quite annoying. 
Mozilla does not have this problem.

Is this a known issue and is this by any chance already fixed in CVS?
