[Chameleon] query widget - internal server error

Hey folks,


I'm running ms4w with chameleon 1.99 beta on windows 2000.  I've added my
own data to the chameleon MAP file in the samples.  I have my added layer
set with DUMP TRUE, TEMPLATE "ttt_query.html", and TOLERANCE 10.  When I use
the query widget in the "Other Widgets" sample app, I get the following
error:


Internal Server Error


The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, admin at local.domain and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I'm new to mapserver and have little experience with server problems/trouble
shooting.  Any advice?
