[Chameleon] Drawing a Point

Thanks! I tried abandoning the PointObj->draw() method and using yours
and now it works fine (I also had to set TRANSFORM to TRUE for the
layer, but I should have known that since I made the same mistake months
ago. Oi). I used the geomath pix2georef() method as well, which worked
fine.
