As you probably noticed already with, the list is back to normal now. 
Sorry for the downtime.

<rant>
The source of the problem was a service that was not setup to 
automatically startup on reboot. The server is running Linux and hence 
we had not rebooted it in a loooong time so we didn't know about this 
service misconfiguration until now. We had to shut it down for a UPS 
upgrade on Monday.

Of course this would not have happened if we had been running a Windows 
server since we would reboot much more frequently.  ;)
