[Chameleon] combine ExpressionBuilder / ExtractWFSData

Hi Paul (cc to the list),

it would be really nice functionality if a user would be able to download
his selection made with the ExpressionBuilder.

Ofcourse, the only missing link here is that Mapserver WFS only supports
the BBOX Filter.

Are there any plans to extend Mapserver WFS with the full Filter support
as in the SLD WMS part of Mapserver?
