[Chameleon] Changes to Map Extents not used by PrintWidget?

Thanks Jeff,

There certainly appears to be something amiss here.  The Print Widget 
should definitely give you a snapshot of your current map state 
including layer visibility, extent, etc.  I've filed this as a bug and 
we'll take a look at it when we get a chance.
