[Chameleon] Chameleon 1.99 Beta 2

The attributes of the ExtractWFSData widget have been changed recently 
but the sample app was not updated.  And since beta 2, the widget has 
been updated again such that there are reasonable default values.  For 
the beta 2 release, you will need to add COMPRESSFORMATS="TAR,ZIP" to 
the tag.  In the cvs version (or beta 3 when it comes out), you will add 
subtags for <COMPRESSIONFORMAT VALUE="ZIP"/> and <OUTPUTFORMAT 
VALUE="GML"/> (other formats are also supported).

I will look into the jsapi errors.
