[Chameleon] strage flash when moving out of map in IE

Hi Bart,

I have done some testing and only notice something similar to this 
behaviour if the Image Toolbar (Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > 
Multimeda > Enable Image Toolbar) is activated.  This testing was 
performed in IE 6 on XP Pro.

Do you have the Image Toolbar enabled?  If so, does disabling the 
toolbar rectify the problem?
