[Chameleon] chameleon with FastCGI

Markus,

I've not done this and I haven't heard of anyone who has tried.  I would 
assume that it is a matter of configuring your web server to use fastcgi 
for php?  I think you may get more help from the mapserver or 
mapserver-dev list on that specific issue.  If you can get it running 
then please let us know on this list ... and then report any Chameleon 
related issues :)
