[Chameleon] layer_visible

Hello all,

I saw in a previous email that there is now a layer_visible keyword that we can use in
the legend template.  I am using the ms4w package, which I downloaded in July.  I
assume there are some updates that I must download to have this function work properly?
 I read the bug report but I am unsure what I should do to get this to work.  Any help
here would be great.
