Hi,

I would suggest upgrading to the Mapserver 4.4 beta2 binaries from
maptools.org. So you need to install the new php_mapscript_44.dll and
depending libraries (like gdal12.dll). Also change your cwc2.xml to point
to that mapscript version.

I assume you are using php_mapscript_42 now or not?
