[Chameleon] Does chameleon have a WMS CLIENT?

Hi,

Chameleon uses PHP/Mapscript as its WMS client.

All interaction with WMS servers is operated through the PHP/Mapscript php
module. So the client browser does not connect to WMS servers directly,
the connection is made server-side.

Why do you want to access a WMS server directly?

Best regards,
Bart
