[Chameleon] Remote CWC2 Applications

Ken,

I think that you are restricted to embedding via iframe/frame/new page 
at the moment.  However, in the original version (called CWC2) we did 
add support for embedding the application in other pages by outputting 
structured comments in the page.  The intention was for the calling 
script to get the page contents, parse it using the structured comments, 
and then integrate the result into the local page somehow.  There was 
even a test page using ASP :>

This may or may not make it into 1.99.  If this is a desireable feature, 
I would suggest filing an enhancement bug and I'll see what I can do 
since it is my hope to make the 1.99 release functionally identical to 1.0
