[Chameleon] CWCSelectLayer()

In the legend_template.html that is part of the Chameleon samples, I see a call to
CWCSelectLayer('[leg_layer_name],true).  Does anyone know where this function resides? 
I would like to look at it so I can see if there are also other functions there that
would be useful.  Thanks.
