[Chameleon] New Layer Varaibles

Hello all,

I see in the HTML Legend How To that there are certain variables available to be tested
in [if] blocks.  It mentions here that more variables can be added as needed.  Does
anyone know how to do this?  I guess what I need to know is where and what file to I
need to modify?
