[Chameleon] Projection Label not working

	I have an application which was originally developed using Chameleon 1.99Beta. I've recently installed Chameleon 2.0 on both my test and productions servers, and have had almost no trouble with the switch. Except - my projection label now shows "=epsg:42304" instead of the label I have defined in a shared resource. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it a problem with access to the PROJ library, or has something changed in the widget itself? Below are the shared resource and the CWC code:
