[Chameleon] Querying Oracle layer with Query widget

Hi Bart,
I guess I might be able to get a a hold of VS7 and I have the Oracle
libraries, so good so far. The problem is that the insctructions for
compiling Mapserver with PHP/Mapscript on Window are a bit scarce. You
wouldn't by any chance have any configuration files and whatnot you need to
successfully compile the lot?
