[Chameleon] mapnotes

Kevin,

the mapnotes widget is in the chameleon sample_enhanced application in 
the latest cvs version.

You can also access this sample app at:

http://sb5.dmsolutions.ca/chameleon21/samples/sample_enhanced.phtml

... this is my test site and it may or may not be functional all the time ;)
