[Chameleon] Change LabelItem-Widget

Hi,

I know Geodan (a Dutch company I used to work for) have developed a SLD Label widget for Chameleon. But it only works for WMS layers not for local layers, so I don't know if it is what you want.

Might be nice for the standard Chameleon distro though. Paul are you interested?

there is nothing for this right now
