[Chameleon] authentication/authorization module

Just thinking out loud a bit more, if every widget would have a PopupFile  
parameter (this was discussed in an earlier thread as well, ie a reference  
to the popup.phtml which is to be used by the widget), this would also  
give the opportunity to define group-specific widget popups (or popins).  
Assuming one would create a template file for each user group.
