[Chameleon] XMLThemelegend Printing Legend Problems

I switched my legend from a html legend to the xmlthemelegend and it
is working great. The only problem which I am having is that when I
use the printproduction widget, The legend only shows 2 layers, no
matter what file I try to point it to as a template.

How do I show a good legend on printproduction while still using the
xmlthemelegend for my mainpage?
