[Chameleon] JPG-file as layer in mapfile

Hilbert,

you need to add it to your MAP file, but I am not sure exactly what the 
syntax of that would be since I haven't done it myself.  I would suggest 
that you review the MAP file documentation on 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu and use the mapserver-users mailing list 
for this question.
